Injuries and pain affect us all at some point in our lives. Knowing where to go or what to do can be confusing and, quite often, overwhelming. We are here to help!
Our Physiotherapists are highly trained individuals with an array of qualifications and skills. A good physiotherapist can not only reduce your pain and aid your recovery, but can also make many positive changes to your life. We use our knowledge and skill sets to provide the tools needed to make changes in your lifestyle that may be contributing to an injury or condition. Education is key for successful rehabilitation and management of any condition.
We work closely with local GP practices in East and West Kent in order to provide a complete care package for you.
MEET THE TEAM
Hamish Startin
MSc Physiotherapy, BCs Sports Therapy with Health and Fitness.
Travelling is a huge passion for me, so at 18, I spent my gap year in New Zealand, working in a prestigious school in Auckland and have been travelling different corners of the world ever since in between my further education. Since completing my MSc in Physiotherapy in 2013 I have been lucky enough to have worked in the NHS, private practice both in the UK and New Zealand and with elite sports teams. I have also done further courses in Australia which has broadened my knowledge and skill set. My extensive medical knowledge, combined with an ongoing curiosity to learn about the latest research defines my practice.
I am in an exceptionally lucky position where I can make a positive impact on people’s lives on a daily basis here in Kent.
