Osteoarthritis
Don’t be frightened by the diagnosis of Osteoarthritis. It is an umbrella term that states that there is some wear and tear in either a single or in multiple joints.
Common symptoms of this condition can be increased stiffness and pain. Not using the affected joint can cause the muscles to decrease in size and make the stiffness worse. This can lead to reduced mobility, reduced strength, decrease in confidence and an increased risk of falling. We are able to help. Specific exercises which are tailored to individual clients have proven to help with all of the above.Initial Consultation £68
